- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key customers
- Sell to potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
- Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for the export market for the Frozen / RTE / RTC
/ Processed F&V; products.
Skills &
qualifications required:
- Post graduate degree in Business Management with
5+ years of relevant exports sales experience in preferably organisations exporting the Frozen / RTE / RTC / Processed F&V; products
- Exposure to the Frozen / RTE / RTC
/ Processed F&V; products is a must with a history of dealing with B2B clients, multiple sales channels in domestic or exports markets
- Should possess robust client relationship management and development aptitude.
- Should be able to perform market entry analysis.
- Should possess excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills ability to analyse data and disseminate to Management to formulate budgets forecasts and business plans.
