We are looking for a Project Manager – International Expansion to drive and coordinate our global growth initiatives across countries, partners, and service lanes.

You will be the operational engine behind international expansion, bringing together Business, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, and external logistics partners to take recent markets from initial engagement to successful go-live.

What You’ll Own International Expansion & Project Management

- Own and maintain the Global Expansion Dashboard, providing visibility across countries, regions, partners, and service lanes.
- Drive end-to-end project timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical paths for launching new international markets.
- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Technology, Finance, Product, and Business Development teams to remove bottlenecks and ensure launches happen on schedule.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear progress, risk, and action-item updates to leadership.
- Track project budgets, launch costs, timelines, and overall expansion performance.

Global Partner Onboarding Manage the complete lifecycle of international logistics partners, including:

Partner Identification Initial Outreach NDA Commercial Negotiation Contract Operational Onboarding Integration Go-Live

- Manage the centralized pipeline of global logistics partners, including:
- 3PLs
- Last-mile carriers
- Freight forwarders




- Linehaul providers
- Customs brokers
- International logistics service providers

- Coordinate cross-functional onboarding activities and ensure seamless handoffs between Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
- Maintain partner onboarding trackers and ensure agreed timelines and deliverables are met.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to drive accountability and closure.

Technology & Integration Coordination
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to coordinate partner technology integrations.
- Track implementation of APIs, EDI, tracking feeds, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Ensure operational and technical prerequisites are completed before market launch.
- Coordinate requirements related to shipping labels, customs processes, tracking, shipment data, and operational workflows.
- Support UAT, testing, issue tracking, and go-live readiness.

Commercial Analysis & Cost Management
- Build and maintain standardized Cost Cards, Rate Cards, and Rate Matrices across international carriers, lanes, and service types.
- Compare carrier and partner pricing across:
- Weight/volume slabs
- Fuel surcharges
- Duties and taxes
- DDU/DDP charges
- Customs-related costs




- Linehaul and last-mile costs

- Perform rate benchmarking, scenario analysis, and unit economics analysis to support commercial negotiations and pricing decisions.
- Track expansion budgets, setup costs, projected vs. actual costs, and profitability/unit economics by international lane.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in:
- International Logistics
- Cross-Border E-commerce
- Freight Forwarding
- Supply Chain
- Transportation
- Logistics Consulting

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international logistics workflows, including linehaul, customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and Incoterms.
- Experience managing vendor/partner onboarding and cross-functional implementation projects.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or MS Project.
- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills, including rate comparisons, cost modelling, scenario analysis, and dashboards.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard/reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, follow-up, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and international stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PMP / PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.
