About Us

Renown Pharmaceuticals is a contract manufacturer of soft gelatin capsules exporting to 30+ countries. We operate two dedicated facilities: a nutraceutical facility for food supplements, and a pharmaceutical facility designed for highly regulated markets. Through technical partnerships, we also offer tablets, capsules, injections, syrups and eye drops, with 45+ ready dossiers.

Role Purpose

Generate and develop international business for an assigned region (USA, LATAM, GCC, Africa, SEA or CIS) under the guidance of the BD Manager, and support client servicing and project follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Research the assigned region to identify potential customers (brand owners, distributors, marketing companies) and build a qualified lead database.
- Reach out to prospects by email, phone, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and follow up consistently to convert enquiries into orders.
- Prepare and send company presentations, product lists, quotations and dossier information to prospects.
- Support the BD Manager in handling existing clients, including answering queries, sharing updates and tracking requirements.
- Coordinate with the plant, QA and regulatory teams on samples, artwork, documentation and dispatch timelines for assigned projects.
- Assist in market analysis, including competitor pricing, product trends and registration requirements in the assigned region.
- Support participation in international exhibitions (CPhI,



Vitafoods, Arab Health, etc.), including pre-show outreach, meeting scheduling and post-show follow-up.
- Travel for client visits and exhibitions when required.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, enquiries and project status.

- Number of qualified leads generated
- Enquiries converted to sample requests and orders
- Follow-up discipline and response time
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports
- On-time completion of assigned project follow-ups

Requirements

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc. MBA (International Business/Marketing) preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Spanish, French, Arabic or Russian is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of pharma/nutraceutical products and export processes, or a strong willingness to learn
- Comfortable with MS Office, email communication and online research tools
- Self-driven, organised and persistent in follow-up
- Holds a valid passport or is willing to obtain one, and is open to travel
- Freshers to 3 years in pharma/nutraceutical export marketing or business development. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in international business are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
