Job Title: International Non-IT Recruiter Noon Shift

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic International Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. If you have hands-on experience sourcing and placing candidates in global markets across non-technical domains, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for international clientsfrom sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Domain Sourcing: Actively recruit for specialized non-IT domains, including Healthcare, Engineering, BFSI, and Finance.
- Talent Sourcing Strategy: Leverage job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and Boolean search techniques to pipeline high-caliber candidates.
- Stakeholder & Candidate Management: Conduct preliminary screening interviews,



evaluate candidate fitment, and maintain seamless communication throughout the hiring journey.
- Shift Alignment: Operate effectively during Noon Shift hours to align with international client time zones.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: Proven track record in International Non-IT Recruitment.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience recruiting for at least one of these sectors: Healthcare, Engineering, BFSI, or Finance.
- Location: Candidates currently based in Hyderabad (or open to relocating immediately).
- Sourcing Skills: Expertise in advanced Boolean searching, international job boards, and passive candidate engagement.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
