- Role: International Voice Process Associate / Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
- Transition smoothly between voice and chat support tasks if required by business volume.
- Update customer records and interaction details accurately in the CRM database.
- Adhere strictly to data security, process guidelines, and compliance standards. [1, 2]

Requirements & Skills
- Experience:



2 years of core BPO experience with at least 1 year specifically in an international chat or voice environment. [1, 2, 3]
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills (Neutral accent preferred). [1, 2]
- Education: Any Graduate or Under-Graduate with relevant documentation. [1, 2, 3]
- Flexibility: Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and night shifts. [1]
