Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international chat support process in the BFSI/financial services domain.

The selected candidate will assist customers through chat, resolve service-related queries, provide accurate information, and follow established process, quality, and compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international chat support.
- Assist customers with account, transaction, and service-related queries.
- Provide accurate and timely information based on defined processes.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with customers.
- Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate queries appropriately when required.




- Maintain productivity and quality standards as defined for the process.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BFSI or BPO process.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong typing and multitasking ability.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 30, Gurugram.
- Candidates who can join on or around 28 September 2026 are preferred.

Compensation & Perks
- ₹30,000 – ₹31,000 per month CTC, depending on experience and eligibility.
