Position: Customer Support Executive – International Chat Process

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously through the company's chat platform.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain skilled and courteous communication with international customers.
- Follow defined SOPs, quality guidelines, and process protocols.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet process KPIs and performance targets, including response time, resolution time, CSAT and quality.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and data confidentiality.




- Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues.
- Adapt to process updates, new tools, and changing business requirements.

Required Skills:

- Excellent written English communication.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
