Regional Head – International Business - Africa

Role Objective To lead and grow the company's agrochemical business across

West Africa and Middle East , with primary responsibility for sales, business development, product registration, distributor management and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute country-wise business plans to achieve sales, profitability and market-share targets. Drive new business development through distributors, strategic customers, partnerships and new market opportunities. Identify opportunities for new molecules, formulations, combinations and product registrations . Manage and strengthen relationships with key distributors, importers and strategic customers . Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, volumes, payment terms and annual business plans . Develop market intelligence on crops, products, competitors, pricing and regulatory trends .



Coordinate with regulatory teams/consultants for product registration, renewals and approvals . Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, inventory, receivables and profitability . Explore licensing, collaboration, registration acquisition and strategic partnership opportunities . Provide regular business reviews, market intelligence and strategic recommendations to management.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in

Agriculture / Life Sciences , with MBA/PGDM preferred. 7+ years of experience in agrochemicals/crop protection/agri-inputs. Strong experience in international business , preferably with exposure to West Africa and/or Middle East markets. Good understanding of agrochemical registration, distribution and market-development models . Solid commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Willingness to travel extensively across

West Africa and Middle East .
