What You'll Do
- Connect with international customers and provide skilled assistance.
- Understand customer concerns and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
- Handle customer interactions while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
