Position: Customer Service Executive / Voice Process Executive

Location: Malad|Goregaon|Andheri|Western and Central Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Process: International Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards and call-handling procedures.
- Record and update customer information and call details in the system.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity and customer-service targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain proper attendance and adherence to shift schedules.
- For sales processes, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- HSC pass or Graduate from any recognized institute.
- Freshers can apply; prior BPO/customer-service experience is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills.




- Good English communication is required for international voice processes.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with valuable listening skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts for international processes.
- Willing to work from the Western Mumbai location.

Shift & Working Days

- 5 working days per week for many international processes.
- 2 rotational week-offs.
- Rotational/US/night shifts may apply depending on the process.
