Role: International Blended Process (Voice+Chat)

We are looking for Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years experience to join our Semi-Voice Process in our Hyderabad location.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with relevant early experience are also encouraged to apply
- Comfortable working from office
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Comfortable with rotational week-offs
- Must reside within 25 km of the office location (Lanco Hills, Manikonda)

Role Specifications

- Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels such as calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with queries related to services, subscriptions, and account-related concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.




- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced international customer support setting.
