Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Meerut, Bareilly & Agra

Department: Internal Audit

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Banking / NBFC / Microfinance Internal Audit)

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Com, BBA, MBA Finance preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct branch audits as per the approved audit plan.

Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and RBI regulatory guidelines.

Review loan documentation, KYC, cash management, branch operations, and internal controls.

Identify process gaps, operational risks, fraud indicators, and policy deviations.

Prepare audit reports with observations, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations.

Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure of compliance.

Perform physical verification of cash, assets, and important branch records.





Coordinate with branch and regional teams for audit execution and compliance.

Support process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and internal controls.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit, Branch Audit, Operational Audit, or Risk & Compliance in NBFC or Microfinance.

Positive knowledge of audit processes, internal controls, and RBI guidelines.

Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Willingness to travel extensively across branches.
