About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our Chartered Accountancy firm and work on Internal Audit, MIS Review, Process Review and Management Reporting assignments for our clients.

The role will involve understanding business processes, reviewing financial and operational data, identifying gaps and providing practical recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Internal Audits and Process Reviews across various client businesses.
- Review accounting processes, internal controls and financial transactions.
- Analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet, MIS, budgets and variances.
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, leakages and areas of improvement.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards and management reports.
- Perform data analysis using MS Excel and identify unusual trends or exceptions.
- Understand and document business processes, SOPs, roles and responsibilities.
- Review statutory and financial compliance wherever required.
- Prepare audit observations, working papers and reports with practical recommendations.
- Discuss observations with client management and follow up on corrective actions.




- Assist in developing and improving SOPs, internal controls and reporting systems.
- Independently handle assignments and coordinate with client teams.

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Management Audit, MIS or Finance.
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing concepts.
- Excellent command over MS Excel is essential.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and identify practical issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
- Experience in a CA firm / consulting environment will be preferred.
- Exposure to ERP/accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc. will be an advantage.
