Responsibilities

- Tracking and maintaining relevant data and metrics for all employees.

- Coordinating new hire orientations (Pre and Post hiring for all current employees/intern.

- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for open positions in timely manner.

- Updating & maintaining internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.

- Tracking Leaves and preparing monthly reports.

- Maintaining candidate database and updating it.

- Scheduling Health camp by Insurance providers and coordinating with them.

- Maintaining and updating health insurance details.

- Administrative duties, including raising purchase requisition, organizing files, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining meeting notes and inventory management.

- Documenting and updating data of all the invoices from vendors.

- Oversee team of maintenance/housekeeping and ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

- Take task ownership and complete all the assigned work in time and with quality.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management / Operations / Finance / related field.

- Preferred B.Com. / CA intermediate.

- Moderate to high level of competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic to moderate understanding of the labour laws.

- Self-motivated, ambitious, and flexible with an ability to cope under pressure / with competing demands.

- Ability to manage own time to meet deadlines.

Internship at Health Economics Team

PharmaQuant is happy to offer industry placements in our Health Economics teams to the fresh post-graduates. An internship within PharmaQuant will equip you with rock-solid foundation required for a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. Interns are expected to support a range of evidence review and generation projects which communicates the costs and benefits of healthcare interventions in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

- Research, scope and develop a range of economic models (using statistical software based on regression, logistic regression, random effects model, mixed effects models), predominantly in Excel, including cost effectiveness, cost utility, cost minimisation and budget impact models.

- Develop and present slides for internal and external meetings.

- Support evidence review and generation projects by working closely with project leads and the technical teams.

- Assist in writing reports, dossiers, and various publications as and when required.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in health economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Pharmacy / Clinical (or related) discipline.

- Good communication skills and ability to engage in scientific and technical conversations.

- Basic to moderate understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is desired, but not mandatory.
