- Legal Research &
- Learning: Conduct assigned research on Companies Act, contracts, IP, consumer law, Legal Metrology, labour/compliance and other relevant areas; submit research notes within agreed timelines; demonstrate understanding of key concepts.

- Contract &

- Document Review Support: Identify basic contractual information such as parties, term, payment, termination, liability, confidentiality and governing law; prepare summaries/checklists; accurately maintain document records.

- Legal Records &

- Documentation: Timely uploading/classification of assigned contracts and legal records; ensure correct naming, indexing and categorisation; identify missing or duplicate documents.

- Legal Notices &

- Litigation Support: Prepare matter-wise document folders; update basic litigation/notices trackers; conduct assigned case-law/statutory research; maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records.
