- Design, build, and maintain a secure, self-service Internal Developer Platform (IDP).

- Establish "golden paths" (standardized, compliant templates) that automatically align with security frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

- Maintain and scale our CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.

- Treat developers as your customers—gathering feedback to continuously improve internal tooling, automations, and portals.

- Reduce cognitive load for application teams by abstracting away cloud infrastructure complexity.

- Strong background in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.

- Deep experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using [Terraform / Pulumi].

- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration [Kubernetes / Docker].

- A security-first mindset: familiarity with automated compliance scanning in CI/CD pipelines is a massive plus.

- A product-mindset: you care deeply about developer workflows, documentation, and making tools easy to use

Pay: ₹373,431.31 - ₹1,603,918.13 per year
