Role Description The Interior Architect will work full time in a remote capacity, collaborating with clients, designers, and project stakeholders to develop interior architectural concepts from initial brief through final documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, creating detailed interior architecture layouts, selecting materials and finishes, and preparing drawings and specifications for interior fit-outs. The role involves translating client requirements into practical design solutions, coordinating with external consultants as needed, and ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.





The Interior

Architect will also support project presentations, contribute to design reviews, and help maintain consistent design quality across residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Interior Architecture and Architecture, with the ability to integrate structural and interior design considerations.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts for diverse types of interiors.
- Experience with Interior Fit-out, including detailing, material selection, and coordination of finishes and built-in elements.
- Relevant degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting, with strong communication and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial interior projects, with clear documentation of design rationale and technical accuracy.
