Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project locations. This position coordinates and supervises site teams and subcontractors, ensuring that work related to carpentry, partitions, gypsum, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, polishing, and civil tasks is executed as per design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing site schedules, verifying material deliveries, and reporting daily updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Supervisor will also handle site documentation, assist with inspections, resolve on-site issues, and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines and budgets. Collaborating closely with designers, contractors, and clients, the supervisor ensures the finished space reflects the intended design and functionality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience managing interior fit-out teams and subcontractors.
- Candidates should possess technical skills in interior works such as carpentry, partitions, gypsum work, basic plumbing, electrical coordination, air conditioning interfaces, painting, and civil finishing.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgeted resources.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and use of project tracking tools.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial or corporate interior projects, is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with local building codes, site safety standards, and vendor management in the Mumbai region is an added advantage.
