About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically appealing and execution-ready interior designs.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical drawing skills, knowledge of materials and finishes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget and project scope.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings and 3D designs.
- Plan space utilization, furniture layouts, lighting, colours, materials and finishes.
- Prepare material specifications and assist in estimating project requirements and costs.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and site teams for design execution.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution is aligned with approved designs.
- Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, fabrics, finishes and accessories.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients and incorporate feedback.
- Track project timelines and coordinate multiple activities to ensure timely completion.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
- Maintain project documentation,



drawings and design specifications.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials and technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of space planning and interior design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D Max / Revit / Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Strong visualization and conceptualization skills.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, finishes and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors and execution teams.
- Good project management and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Qualification Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
