Company Description Space Interface is an architecture, interior design, and construction studio based in Gurugram, working across residential and commercial projects including private homes, workspaces, hospitality, and institutional spaces.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer/Draughtsman role based in Gurugram. The role involves developing interior design concepts, preparing detailed construction and working drawings, and coordinating space planning layouts for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating design ideas into technical drawings, creating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications, and supporting project documentation from concept through execution.

The Interior

Designer/Draughtsman will collaborate with architects, designers, and site teams to ensure design intent is accurately communicated and implemented, while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Interior Design,



with the ability to integrate aesthetic vision with functional requirements.
- Proficiency in Space Planning, including layout optimization for residential, commercial, and hospitality environments.
- Hands-on experience preparing Construction Drawings and detailed working drawings suitable for execution on site.
- Knowledge of FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures.
- Competence in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic presentation tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior studio or on-site experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical documents, and effective communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
