Interior Designer (Sales + Design) – Bengaluru

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka | In office

Working Days : 5 days a week

Appraisals : Quarterly

We are looking for dynamic Interior Designers with strong sales and client-handling skills to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

*Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, budgets, and timelines.

*Create and present design concepts, mood boards, 3D visuals, and design proposals.

*Handle client discussions with a strong focus on conversion and closure.

*Provide pricing estimates and negotiate with clients.

*Coordinate with design, procurement, project, and execution teams.

*Support space planning and selection of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

*Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

*Ensure designs and execution meet quality and brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:





*Experience/background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

*Strong residential interior design and space-planning skills.

*Experience in sales, client handling, negotiation, and conversion.

*Knowledge of materials, finishes and FF&E.;

*Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software is preferred.

*Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and time-management skills.

*Ability to manage multiple projects in a target-driven environment.
