Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site in Kalyan Dombivli, collaborating with clients, project managers, and construction teams to develop interior concepts for residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits and measurements, preparing layout plans and 3D visuals, selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design accuracy. The role involves translating client requirements into functional, well-planned designs, optimizing space and workflow,



and supporting turnkey project execution from initial concept through final installation.

The Interior

Designer will also review construction and shop drawings, monitor quality during implementation, and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to create functional, efficient layouts that address client needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture fundamentals to understand structural constraints and design integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reading Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and sections.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) and basic MS Office skills.
- Solid visualization, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients.
