ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and technically strong Interior Designer to join our growing team in Delhi.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects, strong design visualization skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. The candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept development to execution while maintaining design quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, project coordination, client management, and practical site execution knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and technical documentation.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and client presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, design preferences, functional needs, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, inspections, and execution follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams during execution.
- Ensure the approved design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
- Select and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, colours, textures, and décor elements.
- Coordinate design revisions and ensure timely submission of drawings and design deliverables.




- Monitor project timelines and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and support project costing discussions when required.
- Review site execution against approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues during project execution.
- Maintain proper project documentation, drawings, and design records.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, finishes, and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant Interior Design experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with SketchUp (Mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of at least one rendering/visualization software such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar.
- Good understanding of space planning, design detailing, materials, furniture, finishes, and execution processes.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and contractor/vendor coordination.
- Strong design presentation and client communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle design responsibilities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.




- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a practical approach to design.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 5–6 years of relevant Interior Design experience.
- Portfolio is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Proficiency in at least one rendering/visualization software such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Practical understanding of site execution and project coordination.
- Candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
