We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer who can assist in developing interior design concepts, prepare drawings and presentations, coordinate with clients and vendors, and support the execution team during project implementation.

The candidate should have good knowledge of interior design principles, materials, drawings, and design software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and project budget.
2. Assist in developing interior design concepts and design proposals.
3. Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
4. Prepare 3D views/renderings as required.
5. Develop mood boards, material boards, colour schemes, and design presentations.
6. Assist senior designers in preparing complete design presentations for clients.
7. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, accessories, and other interior elements.
8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding materials, samples, specifications, and availability.
9. Visit project sites to understand site conditions and monitor design implementation.
10. Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other agencies.

Ensure that design execution is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
12. Take site measurements and prepare accurate drawings based on actual site conditions.
13. Make design revisions based on client feedback.
14. Prepare material specifications and assist with BOQ/estimation wherever required.
15. Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, material selections, and project documentation.
16. Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
17. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings and design deliverables.
18. Keep updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and products.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
