nRole Overview

n

nFTS by Sharmilee is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Interior Designer with robust design sensibility and excellent technical knowledge. The candidate must be highly hands-on and capable of independently preparing detailed interior drawings—from initial space planning to complete Good for Construction drawings.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

n Develop creative and functional design concepts for luxury residential and commercial interiors.

nPrepare accurate and detailed interior drawings, including:

n Furniture layouts and space planning

nFlooring and ceiling layouts

n Electrical and lighting drawings

nWall elevations and detailed sections

n Furniture, wardrobe and joinery details

nKitchen and bathroom drawings

n Good for Construction drawings

nTranslate approved concepts and presentations into technically executable drawings.

n Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants and the production team.

nConduct site visits, take measurements and resolve execution-related issues.

n Prepare material selections, specifications and basic BOQ inputs.





nEnsure all drawings comply with site conditions, design intent and execution requirements.

n Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

nCandidate Requirements

n

nDegree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.

n Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

nStrong command of AutoCAD and working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.

n Excellent understanding of furniture detailing, materials, finishes, lighting and interior execution.

nAbility to independently prepare complete working and execution drawings.

n Strong site knowledge and problem-solving skills.

nGood communication, coordination and time-management abilities.

n Experience in high-end residential interiors will be preferred.

nCandidates must be detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
