Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards, and translate them into detailed drawings and presentations for client review and approvals. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. The role involves site visits, measurements, supervision of installation work, and resolving design and coordination issues as they arise.

Designer will collaborate with the internal design team, support project documentation, and participate in client meetings to refine requirements and present design solutions.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, well-balanced layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to prepare and interpret plans, sections, and details for execution.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with design concepts and budgets.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, InDesign).
- Excellent visualization, design creativity, and attention to detail, with strong aesthetic judgment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and vendors on-site.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle site coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or site experience is an advantage.
