Position: Interior Designer cum Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer cum Sales professional who can understand client requirements, develop interior design concepts, present designs professionally, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects. The candidate should have good design knowledge along with strong communication, client-handling, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients and understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare 2D layouts, space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards and 3D concepts.
- Prepare design presentations and proposals based on client requirements.
- Explain materials, finishes, colours, furniture, modular solutions and other interior products to clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads through enquiries, references, walk-ins and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and design presentations.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the team.
- Negotiate with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the execution, production and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover.




- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Keep updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes and market products.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max / V-Ray, Photoshop or similar design software.
- Good understanding of residential and commercial interior design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert leads into business.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, laminates, plywood, hardware, modular furniture, lighting, etc.
- Ability to prepare quotations and understand project costing.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Qualification:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Design + Sales.

- Lead conversion and order closure
- Monthly sales/revenue achievement
- Number of client meetings and presentations
- Quotation-to-order conversion
- Customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business
