2. Spatial Planning & Layout Development Develop functional and aesthetically aligned spatial layouts that respond to client brief, circulation logic, and service integration constraints.

- Refining zoning and adjacency logic
- Aligning layouts with service coordination
- Validating furniture planning feasibility
- Ensuring spatial proportions remain balanced
- Identifying layout conflicts before documentation

3. Technical Design Development Translate approved concepts into technically robust interior detailing suitable for execution within defined budgets and timelines.

- Developing joinery detailing strategies
- Aligning ceiling and service integration
- Coordinating material transitions
- Reviewing constructability of detailing
- Preventing over-complication of design elements

4. Documentation Oversight & Drawing Clarity Ensure that drawing packages are complete, accurate, coordinated, and execution-ready prior to release.

- Reviewing GFC sets for clarity
- Validating dimensions and detailing logic
- Coordinating revisions systematically
- Preventing ambiguity in issued drawings
- Ensuring documentation discipline within team

5. Consultant Coordination (Interior Scope) Coordinate with MEP and allied consultants to ensure seamless integration of services within interior layouts.

6. Visualization Direction & Design Development Support Guide 3D Visualizers to ensure render outputs accurately reflect approved design intent and remain aligned with feasibility.

- Reviewing 3D models for spatial accuracy
- Validating material realism
- Preventing visual misrepresentation
- Aligning rendered outputs with documentation
- Supporting early-stage spatial testing

7. Client Design Interface Engage confidently with clients during design stages, ensuring clarity of concept articulation and controlled revision cycles.

8. Design Quality & Intent Protection Maintain consistency and integrity of approved design intent through development stages and prevent aesthetic dilution during detailing.

Required Skills, Software & Competencies

- Advanced spatial planning and interior detailing capability
- Strong understanding of MEP practices and interior construction practices and buildability
- Material knowledge and application intelligence
- Consultant coordination and service integration awareness
- Documentation discipline and drawing clarity standards
- Leadership, decision-making, and project ownership maturity
- Client presentation confidence and stakeholder management ability

- Software: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office (mandatory); SketchUp / BIM tools (preferred)
- Solid communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
