- Support interior design delivery for commercial projects; prepare design briefs; review budgets, drawings and specifications; conduct site quality audits; track timelines and design changes; manage consultant RFPs; drive value engineering.
- Design Strategy and Budgeting - Stay up to date with design trends in the industry to stay ahead of competitors. Contribute insights on market trends, customer preferences, and industry innovations to shape design vision and unique selling propositions aligned with the company's vision. Review the budgets for all projects and submit for further review and approval to the Head.
- Design Management - Provide input to the Architectural team during the TDD stage as needed. Oversee the review and validation of Design Brief Documents for all projects, ensuring they integrate stakeholder inputs and align with project goals and objectives. Conduct kick-off meetings with all consultants, clearly communicating detailed project requirements and design expectations. Conduct comprehensive reviews for interior drawings offering corrective feedback on concept, schematic, detailed drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC). Conduct periodic quality audits for key projects to ensure adherence to interior drawings and specifications during site execution and drawing development stages.

Monitor project progress by reviewing and analyzing dashboards, ensuring they accurately reflect updates on budgets, timelines, and efficiency. Review proposed changes in concept drawings related to interior designs and provide approval in consultation with the Head. Oversee the maintenance of documentation related to interior drawings,



ensuring adherence to established processes and guidelines for accuracy and accessibility across all projects.

Collaborate with Interior Design consultant for material selection for all projects. Oversee readiness of show flats across projects in the region as per defined timelines. Oversee timely submission of inputs to the marketing team on marketing collaterals for regional projects.

- Consultant Management - Assist the Head in establishing criteria for selecting Interior Design consultants, based on expertise and project requirements. Develop and maintain solid relationships with consultants to build a robust and reliable network of consultants. Evaluate consultant proposals, conduct negotiations, and obtain sign-off and approval from relevant stakeholders for consultant appointments.

Monitor and assess consultant performance and take appropriate actions for underperforming consultants with approval from the Head.

- Innovation and Efficiency Enhancement - Implement standardization initiatives across interior design processes and practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution.

Provide Value

Engineering solutions at every stage of design development for cost-saving opportunities and enhance project value without compromising quality. Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and develop solutions to optimize project delivery and performance. Research emerging technologies and propose their integration into projects in collaboration with the Head to enhance project capabilities.

Conduct research on new materials, providing recommendations to the Head for their potential integration into design processes to enhance project outcomes.
