Role Description The Interior Design Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees commercial interior projects from initial client briefing and concept development through detailed design, procurement, and final handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating space planning and interior design solutions, reviewing construction drawings, managing timelines and budgets, and liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Manager ensures that furniture and fixtures are selected, ordered,



and installed in line with project specifications and brand requirements. The role also involves monitoring site progress, resolving design and execution issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design for commercial environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess the ability to develop and interpret Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture selection, layout, and integration into overall design schemes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software).
- Candidates should possess robust communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects on-site in Bengaluru.
