Key Responsibilities

- Own and maintain the master design library — kitchen layouts, modules, finishes, hardware, and accessory design files (2D/3D/CAD) — as the single source of truth for all branches.

- Set up and enforce a consistent naming convention, folder structure, and tagging system so designers can search and retrieve the right files quickly.

- Onboard current designs, finishes, and modules into the library as they're approved — including 3D models/renders, CAD drawings, and material/texture swatches.

- Audit the library on a regular cycle to identify outdated, duplicate, or discontinued designs and retire or archive them cleanly.

- Proactively identify gaps in the library (e.g. missing modules, outdated finishes, trend-lagging designs) and drive upgrades in coordination with the Design Head.

- Maintain version control across design iterations, ensuring branch designers always work off the latest approved version.

- Coordinate with branch designers to understand recurring requests and usage patterns, feeding that back into library upgrade priorities.

- Liaise with vendors/procurement for updated technical drawings, hardware specs, and finish samples to be digitized into the library.

- Track and document every library change (addition, update, retirement) with a clear audit trail and change log.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong proficiency in design/CAD software — AutoCAD and/or SketchUp for kitchen module design,



plus Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for catalogue layout.

- Highly organized, systems-thinking approach — comfortable building and enforcing taxonomy, naming conventions, and file structures across a large asset library.

- Solid grasp of layout design principles: grid systems, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy for catalogue output.

- Ability to work with 3D renders, CAD drawings, and product photography — retouching, colour correction, and format conversion as needed.

- An eye for design trends in modular kitchens/interiors, to spot when the library is falling behind the market.

- Good coordination skills to work with branch designers, the Design Head, and vendors without creating bottlenecks.

- Meticulous version-control discipline — nothing gets overwritten or lost without a trail.

- Organized, deadline-driven approach — able to run library upgrades and catalogue production cycles in parallel.

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline.

- 2–4 years of experience in design library/asset management, CAD documentation, or catalogue/graphic design roles — portfolio required.

- Prior experience with modular kitchen, furniture, or interiors design libraries strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) tools or structured shared-drive systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,013.51 per month
