Architect / Interior Architect – Design & Visualization

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Architect / Interior Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our Noida-based team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural and interior design, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to take projects from concept through detailed design and execution documentation.

The candidate should be comfortable working with modern design tools, 3D visualization, rendering software and AI-based design workflows, while also having a practical understanding of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept designs, space planning, layouts and detailed design solutions for architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material palettes and design concepts.
- Develop detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp or equivalent software.
- Prepare high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs and presentation visuals using rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, D5, Twinmotion or similar.
- Explore and effectively integrate AI tools into the architectural design and visualization process for concept generation, mood development, rendering enhancement and design exploration.
- Develop design options and presentations based on client requirements and project briefs.
- Coordinate with senior architects, designers, consultants, vendors and project teams.
- Prepare working drawings, detail drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans and other technical drawings.
- Assist in quantity take-offs,



estimation and BOQ preparation for architectural and interior works.
- Review drawings and BOQs to ensure design intent, quantities and specifications are properly coordinated.
- Assist in material selection, specifications and vendor coordination.
- Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback into design development.
- Visit project sites when required and coordinate with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Maintain proper drawing, design and document revisions throughout the project.

Software Skills

Essential:

- AutoCAD

- MS Office / Excel
- Good understanding of 3D modelling and rendering workflows

- D5 Render
- Twinmotion
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
- AI-based design and visualization tools

The candidate should be open to learning new AI tools and emerging technologies and should actively look for ways to improve design quality and productivity through technology.

Required Skills

- Solid architectural and interior design sense
- Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes and detailing
- Ability to develop a project from concept to detailed design
- Good knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings
- Good presentation and visualization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams

Qualification B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
