ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

SNC Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and technically solid Interior Architect to join our team in Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects, with strong expertise in interior planning, working drawings, GFC drawings, space planning, 3D visualization, materials, and site execution.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept development and design documentation to site execution and coordination, while maintaining design quality, technical accuracy, project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

This role requires a combination of design expertise, architectural detailing, technical drawing skills, site coordination, vendor/contractor management, and client communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop interior architectural concepts, space planning, layouts, and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD working drawings, GFC drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, and construction details.
- Develop architectural and interior detailing required for project execution.
- Create 3D models, renders, and client presentations using relevant visualization software.
- Understand client requirements, functional needs, design preferences, project scope, and budgets.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, site inspections, and execution follow-ups.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with actual site conditions and measurements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with relevant civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other services wherever required.
- Ensure the approved design intent is maintained during site execution.
- Select and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furniture,



fixtures, colours, textures, and architectural/interior elements.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and quantity-related documentation as required.
- Coordinate design revisions based on client requirements, site conditions, and execution requirements.
- Review site execution against approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
- Identify and resolve design, drawing, measurement, and execution-related issues at site.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding drawings, dimensions, materials, detailing, and execution requirements.
- Maintain proper project drawings, revisions, technical documentation, and design records.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of drawings and design deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a relevant field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Interior Architecture / Interior Design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with SketchUp (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of at least one visualization/rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar.
- Strong understanding of space planning, interior detailing, working drawings, GFC drawings, materials, finishes, furniture, and execution processes.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and contractor/vendor coordination.
- Understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other services coordination.
- Strong design presentation and client communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle design and technical responsibilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy,



and problem-solving abilities.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Interior Architecture / Interior Design.
- Portfolio is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong experience in preparing working drawings and GFC drawings.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in at least one rendering/visualization software such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Practical experience in site visits, site coordination, and execution.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
- Experience in luxury residential or premium commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural/interior detailing and construction drawings.
- Experience in façade/elevation or architectural detailing will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with civil, structural and MEP consultants.
- Strong rendering and visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong aesthetic sense combined with a practical, technical, and execution-oriented approach.
- Good client-handling and presentation skills.
