- Provide strategic leadership for Eaton's global Intercompany operations, driving standardization, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end intercompany ecosystem
- The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, strengthening controls, and enabling scalable growth through process transformation and data-driven decision-making
- Lead a team of Intercompany professionals and team leaders, partner with global cross-functional stakeholders, and champion initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, accelerate issue resolution, and deliver sustainable business value aligned with Eaton's enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

Requirement

- CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA
- >12+ years in finance with extensive experience in Intercompany processes
- Process Governance &
- Standardization
- Manage the execution of standardized Intercompany processes across regions and business segments.
- Ensure adherence to established process standards, policies, procedures, and controls.
- Support the implementation and sustainment of global process improvement and standardization initiatives.




- Systems, Automation &
- Process Optimization
- Support the deployment and adoption of automation solutions and technology enhancements.
- Partner with IT, process owners, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve process effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent execution of intercompany processes across ERP systems and supporting platforms.
- Operational Excellence &
- Controls
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor process accuracy and data quality through effective controls and operational reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
- Performance Monitoring &
- Reporting
- Monitor and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
- Provide regular operational updates and performance insights to leadership.
- People Leadership &
- Capability Development
- Ensure effective workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement through Team Leads
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Drive succession planning, talent development and organizational readiness to support business growth

Skills

- Solid Intercompany system experience (SAP &
- Oracle ERP Knowledge (AR / AP / Interco / GL)
- Multi-national experience essential
- Communication, collaboration and cross functional skills, understanding of stakeholder requirements
