Role Description The Insurance Renewal Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing insurance renewals for existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up, policy continuity, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include reviewing policy terms, coordinating with insurance partners and internal teams, updating customer records, and addressing queries related to coverage, premiums, and renewal options. The executive will support customers through the renewal process,



provide clear information on available products, and help identify opportunities for improved coverage or cost efficiency. The role also includes maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, preparing regular reports on renewal performance, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Insurance and Insurance Brokerage knowledge, including understanding of policy terms, coverage options, and renewal processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with clear verbal and written abilities to explain insurance products and renewal details.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding, including premiums, payment schedules, and related financial documentation.
- Relevant experience in insurance renewal operations, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance/CRM systems, with attention to detail and strong data management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Graduate degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is preferred; insurance-related certifications are an added advantage.
