Role Description The Insurance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

The Insurance

Manager will oversee day-to-day insurance operations, including policy administration, risk assessment, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of insurance consultants, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to achieve business targets. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes,



enhance customer experience, and support product promotion and distribution.

The Insurance

Manager will also handle escalated customer service issues, review financial and operational reports, and contribute to training and development initiatives for the team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Insurance skills, including understanding of life insurance products, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, coach, and develop sales and service staff.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to resolve complex customer queries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in meeting targets, driving revenue growth, and supporting distribution channels.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; professional insurance certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and basic insurance software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in life insurance or financial services management, preferably in a branch or regional leadership role.
