- Manage all types of insurance policies for the organization

- Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation

- Coordinate with insurance companies, agents, and clients

- Process and follow up on insurance claims and settlements

- Maintain records of insurance policies and compliance documents -

- Analyse insurance coverage, risks, and premium structures

- Ensure timely renewal of corporate and employee insurance policies

- Support management with insurance-related reports and PIlS

- Resolve insurance queries and provide policy guidance

- Monitor claim status and ensure smooth claim processing

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of all insurance types and policy procedures

- Claims management and policy coordination

- Documentation and compliance handling

- Valuable negotiation and communication skills

- MIS reporting and record management

- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Knowledge)of IRDAI guidelines preferred

- Graduate / post-graduate

- Insurance certifications preferred

Experience

- 5+ years of relevant insurance experience preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,218.04 per month
