WORKING HOURS: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST

SALARY: Based on experience, skills and interview performance

ABOUT THE ROLE

OPTIMUSIN is hiring Insurance Adviser Support professionals to work with experienced New Zealand Insurance Advisers and support international insurance operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have solid English communication skills, attention to detail and an interest in building a long-term career in the international insurance industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support insurance applications, policy servicing and renewals.
- Review client documents and prepare accurate files.
- Assist with claims, policy alterations and client enquiries.
- Coordinate with insurers regarding underwriting and application updates.
- Maintain accurate records and follow quality and compliance processes.
- Develop knowledge of international insurance products and processes.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Insurance Advisers.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
- B.Com, MBA Finance or MBA Marketing is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous insurance experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Willingness to learn and work independently.
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST.
