Execution of PM/RM work order jobs as per the schedule and following with service provider for AMC related works related to PLC Control system Hardware.
Ensuring audit observation compliance and executing modification jobs as per recommendations.
Troubleshooting of control system related hardware/software faults
Assisting for Control system failure analysis and resolving technical hurdles for smooth operation of plant processes.
Experience in Computer System Validation and Qualification(URS, DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ) as per GAMP guidelines and GMP.
Experience in System backup, Restore, Data log, Historian, AMS and 21CFR part 11 compliance and QMS.
