Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Instructional Design Manager to lead a team of Instructional Designers and manage end-to-end delivery for a global client.
The role requires strong people management, project/workflow management, Instructional Design knowledge, and client-facing skills.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Robust Instructional Design / L&D; experience
- Proven team management experience
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects/workflows
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Jira
- Exposure to Articulate Storyline/Rise and Vyond
- BPO / outsourced delivery experience is preferred
