Instructional / Content Writer (1–4 Years Experience)
? Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
?️ Working Days: Monday–Friday + alternate Saturdays
What You'll Do
- Write and develop instructional content, including eLearning modules, storyboards, scripts, and facilitator guides
- Translate complex subject matter into clear, engaging, learner-friendly content
- Collaborate daily with instructional designers and visual teams in the office
- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and adult learning principles
- Review and refine content based on feedback and quality standards
- What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in instructional or content writing
- Solid written English, with a good sense of clarity, structure, and tone
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learner audiences
- Comfortable working full-time from the office
- Experience with storyboards or LMS platforms is a plus
- MA in English preferred
