About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Developer – Instructional Designing to join our team. You will play a key role in transforming learning content into engaging, interactive, and impactful eLearning experiences using industry-leading authoring tools and multimedia elements.

Responsibilities:

1. eLearning Development: Develop engaging and interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
2. Content Conversion: Convert storyboards, PPTs, PDFs, and learning content into interactive digital courses, assessments, simulations, and scenarios.
3. Multimedia Integration: Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, video, and voiceovers.
4. LMS Compatibility & Publishing: Develop and publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses and ensure seamless compatibility with LMS platforms.
5. Quality Assurance & Collaboration: Perform course testing,



troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and project teams to deliver quality learning experiences.
6. Teamwork & Ownership: Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, adaptability, and leadership skills while taking ownership and supporting team success.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Authoring Tools: Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent tools.
- Standards & LMS: Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Multimedia: Ability to work with graphics, video, audio, and voiceover elements.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, adaptability, and team-oriented abilities.
