Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Drawing Quality Check in Interior Fit-out projects, with compensation up to 6 LPA. The role involves reviewing and verifying interior fit-out drawings for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with design standards and client requirements.

The team member will check dimensions, materials, and specifications, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate with designers and project managers to resolve discrepancies. Daily responsibilities include maintaining quality documentation, ensuring compliance with internal quality guidelines, and supporting smooth execution of projects by providing clear, timely feedback on drawings.



The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that approved drawings are ready for implementation on site.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret technical drawings, identify errors, and assess design feasibility.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to ensure drawings meet company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills to systematically review drawing sets, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with designers, project managers, and site teams, and to clearly report quality issues and solutions.
- Relevant experience in interior fit-out, architecture, or civil/interior design projects, especially in drawing review or design coordination, is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (such as AutoCAD or similar software) and familiarity with industry standards and building codes are advantageous.
- Attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and commitment to maintaining high quality standards are essential.
