Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist will engage with prospective learners, explain Jobaaj Learnings’ programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing clear information about courses, fees, and schedules. The role also involves coordinating with the academic and marketing teams, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience that supports high conversion and retention rates.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Agra, requiring consistent presence at the office and close collaboration with the local team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and achieve enrollment targets.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain positive learner relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM or sales tools, and the ability to maintain organized records and reports.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or EdTech sales is beneficial, along with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra, meet performance goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
