Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person office interactions to promote suitable insurance products and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, explaining product features and benefits, preparing basic proposals or quotes, and following up to close sales while maintaining detailed records in the CRM or sales tracking tools.

The Inside Sales

Specialist will collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth onboarding of clients, address inquiries,



and support policy renewals. The role also involves maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely responses, and adherence to compliance and company guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales skills, including prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing deals.
- Experience in Lead Generation through calls, referrals, and digital channels.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on understanding client needs and building trust.
- Excellent Communication abilities for clear, confident, and respectful interaction with diverse clients.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support renewals and policy changes.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales roles is an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software.
- Ability to work in office in Surat, meet sales targets, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or finance is beneficial.
