Job Role: Inside Sales Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business through lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, and conversions. You will work closely with school coordinators, customers, and the field sales team to maximize business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities





· Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and convert business opportunities.

· Present product/service features, benefits, and offerings to prospective customers.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with school coordinators to drive repeat business and increase adoption.

· Qualify leads and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

· Support the field sales team with appointment generation and coordination.

· Track and monitor sales data, KPIs, conversions, and revenue performance.

· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, opportunities, and closures.
