Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include supporting the sales team, engaging with prospects,
responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The role also involves maintaining records of client interactions and conducting follow-ups as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in fostering Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic sales environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capability to quickly understand and adapt to innovative educational solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
