Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) role based in Bengaluru North. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and presenting company services clearly and professionally.

The Inside Sales

Executive will work on lead generation activities, qualify leads, maintain accurate records in CRM or other systems, and follow up to convert opportunities into sales. The position also includes coordinating with the sales and operations teams, addressing customer queries,



and ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction. Training and guidance will be provided to support performance and professional development.

Qualifications

- Inside Sales and Sales skills to manage inquiries, present solutions, and support conversions.
- Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Solid Communication skills to interact clearly and confidently with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM or call center tools.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced contact center environment with rotational shifts if required.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior internship or exposure to sales or BPO environments is an added advantage but not mandatory.
