Role Description The Inside Sales Intern (Freshers) role is a full-time on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the intern will engage with prospective learners, explain Internz Learn’s offerings, and support them through the enrollment process via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on inquiries, and assisting with basic sales reporting. The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand learner needs, share feedback,



and help refine outreach strategies. This role offers structured training, mentorship, and exposure to edtech sales practices, providing a strong foundation for a career in business development or sales.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with potential learners and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, customer outreach, and lead generation; willingness to learn inside sales techniques.
- Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, email platforms, and video conferencing tools.
- Ability to work full time on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in any discipline; interest in education technology and professional development is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
