PascalBlue Studio is a growing digital web agency and product foundry. We help businesses transform their digital presence by building high-converting websites and optimizing their local visibility (Google Business Profiles). We are looking for a hungry, fluent communicator to join our remote team and drive our B2B outreach.
The Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary focus will be generating current business by cold calling local and national companies. You will pitch our custom website creation packages, explain the value of having a professional online presence, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound cold calls to a provided list of business owners and decision-makers.
- Pitch website development and local SEO services clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer pain points (e.g., outdated website, no local search ranking) and position our services as the solution.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads via phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, prospect statuses, and follow-ups in a basic CRM or Google Sheet.
What You Will Earn
- Base Salary: ₹10,000 fixed per month.
- Incentive: 10% commission on every closed sale. (Eg,
Closing a ₹40,000 package puts an extra ₹4,000 directly into your pocket).
- Earning Potential: Uncapped. The more you clients you close, the more you make.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Strict fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory. You must be able to switch languages seamlessly based on the client's comfort.
- Workspace Setup: Must have your own smartphone, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free environment for making professional calls.
- Experience: 6+ months of experience in telecalling, BPO, or B2B sales is preferred, but highly motivated freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Traits: High energy, resilient against rejection, and entirely target-driven.
